Practice Management Services Ltd has been acquired by a pair of Midlands businessmen, it was announced today (January 29). Ian Houghton and Chris Vincent take over the business, which includes practice management software company See20/20, with immediate effect. 

The company will now be known as PMS Ltd.

The co-directors hope that the acquisition is the start of an ‘exciting new phase of development for the See20/20 brand’.

Mr Houghton said: “Our investment secures the future of this world-class brand and ensures it is now financially stable.  

“Importantly, we want to reassure customers that this period of transition will be seamless and in terms of their practice management system, it is very much business as usual with software being fully operational as normal.

“We are fully aware that some customers are awaiting service.  They will be our absolute priority and we will be contacting them personally over the next few days to resolve any issues they may have.

“The new company is now in a position to look at long-term plans and to deliver a further enhanced system.”

No other information has been released regarding the new company's services or See20/20 employees at present.
